Nathaniel and Mike were FAN-tastic and extremely patient while installing our Big-A fan in our 20 + ft foyer.  The fan placement proved challenging as the lightbox hovered over the staircase, making it difficult to secure a tall ladder or platform.   However, after some thought and master planning, Nathaniel and Mike were able to install the fan with a six-foot drop rod.  No easy task but they got it done!  Thank goodness because I’m scared of heights.

We had an improperly installed attic ladder that needed fixing after our hvac system was replaced by another company. I reached out to Ed who went above and beyond to explain the necessary materials and work that needed to be done. He provided  recommendations on what ladder to purchase and had Nathaniel come out the very next day to install. Nathaniel was courteous, professional and efficient. He did the job by himself (which is no easy feat considering it’s a heavy ladder mounted to the ceiling) and was very considerate of our narrow hallway space to make sure everything was properly sealed painted and cleaned before leaving. Would definitely hire them again for any job big or small, I’m confident they will get it done right the first time.

Called them to do some minor work, install a window unit and light craftsmanship work. Upon the first contact, Ed listened to my needs and how I pictured the work to be done. He explained his thoughts and ideas, how the process should go, his time frame and told me he’d work up a quote. It was too long before I got the quote back. We agreed on a date and time. He arrived a little early, was dressed professionally, and ready to get started. He promptly began to work. He was very polite, kept a tidy work space, cleaned up accordingly. He explained that some of the stain needed to dry, how long it would take and when I could put the few pieces back. I was quite impressed with the experience, that we actually set up more quotes. Before he left we walked through other projects I’d like to have done. He explained certain concerns that might arise, or have his proffesional opinion on what might work better. He took all necessary notes and told me he’d get back to me in a few days with quotes. Like he said, the quotes were in my email sooner than anticipated.

We called for them to fix a hole in our ceiling due to a water leak. Nathaniel showed up early, was very courteous and respectful introducing himself immediately.  I showed the hole and he got right to work fixing it.  We were told the job could take 4 hours but he was fast and finished in 3 hours.  He did a great job patching the hole, retexturing the ceiling and then painting.  We can’t even tell there was a hole there.  We are very pleased with the work, the communication, the price  and timeline.  Thank you Ed and Nathaniel.  We will definitely call you again and recommend your services!!
